Here is one of the main sutras of the Vigyan Bhairav ​​Tantra, the main Tantric scripture, commented by OSHO.

Sutra number 48 says: “AT THE START OF SEXUAL UNION KEEP ATTENTIVE ON THE FIRE IN THE BEGINNING, AND SO CONTINUING, AVOID THE EMBERS IN THE END.” (When initiating sexual union keep your attention to the fire from the beginning, and continue so avoid the embers of the end)

“Stay in the beginning. The initial part is more relaxed, warm. But do not rush to get to the end. forget the end completely. At the beginning of sexual union stay alert to the fire of the beginning. As long as it is overflowing, do not think about the openness; remains with this overflowing energy. Do not look for ejaculation; forget her completely I know full on this warm principle. Stay with your lover or your lover as if you had made them one. Create a circle. There are three possibilities. Two lovers who unite can create three figures …, geometric figures. He may have even read it or even seen an old alchemical image in which there is a man and a woman naked in three geometric figures. A figure is a square, another figure is a triangle, and the third is a circle. This is one of the ancient alchemical and tantric analyzes of the sexual act. Normally, when you are in the sexual act, there are four people, not two, and this is a square: there are four angles, because you yourself are divided in two …, the part you think and the part you feel. Your couple is also split in two; are four people. There are two people uniting; four people are joining. It is a multitude, and truly there can be no deep union. There are four corners, and the union is simply false. It looks like a union, but it does not exist. There can be no communion, because its deepest part is hidden and the hidden part of its beloved is also hidden. You are only joining two heads, you are only joining two thought processes, not two processes of feeling. These are hidden. The second type of union can be like a triangle. There are two: two angles at the base. During a sudden moment, they make them one, like the third angle of the triangle. During one sudden moment, they cease to be two and make them one. This is better than a square union, because at least for a moment there is unity. This unity gives you health, vitality. Feel alive and young again. But the third is the best, and it is the tantric union: they turn to a circle. There are no angles, and the union is not just for a moment. Unity is truly timeless; there is no time in it. And this can only happen if you are not looking for ejaculation. If you are looking for ejaculation, then you will become a triangular union, because at the moment when there is ejaculation the point of contact is lost. It remains in the beginning; do not go to the end. How to remain in the beginning? You will have to remember many things. First, do not consider sexual intercourse as a way to get somewhere. Do not consider it a medium; it is the end in itself. There is no end; it is not a means. Second, do not think about the future, stay in the present. And if it can not remain in the present at the beginning of the sexual act, then it can never remain in the present, because the very nature of the act is such that it is thrown into the present. Stay in the present. Enjoy the union of two bodies, two souls, and fuse each other, dissolve them in each other. You forget you’re going somewhere. It remains in the moment without going nowhere, and it melts you. Heat, love, should become a situation for two people to merge into one another. Therefore, if there is no love, the sexual act is a hurried act. He is using the other; the other is only a medium. And the other is using you. They are exploiting each other, they are not merging into each other. With love you can fuse. This fusion at first will make you understand many things. If you are not in a hurry to finish the act, little by little the act becomes less and less sexual, and more and more spiritual. This union becomes deeper and deeper as time passes. But do not think. It remains in the moment, deeply fused. it becomes an ecstasy, a “Samadhi”, cosmic consciousness. And if you can know this, if you can feel and realize it, your sexual mind will become non-sexual. one can achieve a deep brahmacharya, celibacy. one can achieve celibacy through it! This seems paradoxical because we always think that if one person has to remain celibate, he should not look at the other sex, he should not join with the other sex. You must avoid it, escape. Then there is a very false celibacy: the mind keeps thinking about the other sex. And the more it escapes the other, the more it has to think, because this is a basic, deep need. Tantra says do not try to escape; there is no possible escape.

Rather, it uses nature itself to transcend. Do not fight; accepts nature to transcend it. If this communion with your beloved or your lover continues without thinking of ending it, then it can remain in the beginning. Excitement is energy. You can lose it; can reach a climax. Then the energy is lost, and this will follow a depression, a weakness. It may sound like a relaxation, but it’s negative. Tantra offers you a dimension of higher relaxation that is positive. The two lovers, merging, give vital energy to each other. a circle is turned, and its energy begins to move in a circle. they are giving life to each other, renewing life. No energy is lost. Rather, it gains more energy, because through contact with the opposite sex, each of its cells is stimulated, excited. And if they can merge in this excitement without bringing it to a climax, if they can remain at the beginning without heating them, remaining simply warm, then two “calideces” will join together and may prolong the act for a very long time. Without ejaculation, without throwing energy, a meditation becomes, and through it they become total. Through it, his divided personality ceases to be divided; is united. Every neurosis is a division. If you are “united” again, you are again innocent. And once you know this innocence, you can continue to behave in your society as it requires. You will have to use unreal faces because you live in an unreal world; otherwise the world will crush you and kill you. we kill many real faces. But once you know your real being and totality, unreal society can not make you neurotic; can not make you crazy.
